Leave comments/feedback for individual users.

I would like to be able to leave comments/feedback for individual users (testimonials of a sort). I think the user should be able to approve or disapprove any comments left on their behalf. May look at it as an extension of the Voting functionality you have now.

I like the rating better. I hope AOT is just as simple as pure milk

I meant to say Rating functionality.. not Voting.
